adjusting to standing desk & treadmill

It’s going really well with the treadmill and standing desk. I think I need an iPad but otherwise it’s cool. All physical disarray from inititally getting used to it is now behind me. It does feel like just breathing air, like nothing, to walk for endless hours while working. I mean to an extreme degree, like effortlesly burning 1000 calories a day according to my apple watch, and on days off like 1200 before I actually feel like I’d way rather rest. I dont’ even need to stretch that often. And now I’m seeing the results, it’s working out that I stabilized my calories. I was a little worried cause I was eating a lot actually and I thought I would gain weight, but it worked out at least that once I got into exercising I was fine, my weight is not gaining anymore, and my metabolism will thank me for not lowering my calorie intake. This really does chain me to the desk hardcore, and it limits how much I can travel which really sucks, but oh well, so that’s reality and reality bites but I’ve survived way worse :( I mean hey, I sure wish I had lost all the weight I wanted to lose by exercising rather than dieting now that I understand how much that’s fucked up my metabolism to be on a diet, and now that I’m a pro at exercizing insane ridiculous amounts haha - like WHO IS??!! No one is (lol). But live and learn I say. I woudn’t have learned all this if I hadn’t have just done whatever to figure it out as I go. I’m not alone, so many have learned this lesson the hard way too. I can recover my metabolism over several months etc if I just buckle down. Like it could take a year or more if I’m eager to get to an insane high metabolism, but It’s not that bad </3(crown). I can take breaks.
