Hermetic, Rosicrucian, and other later mystery school traditions have interpreted the multi-stage passage through the Great Pyramid of Giza as a sacred structure or catalytic architecture of experiences that map the universal journey of self-realization. This metaphor has fascinated me since my formative years, and I now see an opportunity to apply it to my experiences of direct contact with Jared Leto and his brother Shannon of the band 30 Seconds to Mars.
