Removed a Post From The 7 of 9 Process Artifact Journal ⨺ 7 OF 9 FORMAT IDEAS AND A CALL FOR FUNDING

An old call-out for funding was removed from The 7 of 9 Process Artifact Journal now that I have come up with some other plans about how to secure funding for the project. That post included some ideas for formatting, specifically the idea to make the system into a magnet game rather than a card game. Since that idea is investigated quite indepth in the following post which came after it, I find there's no more need for that post.
