◊💝 This is my latest favourite treat. I was amazed that there is actually a way to get 20g of protein for 160 calories !! )) I must say, these donuts are the winner :)) They’re really really good. Only problem is the shops that have them are not always open, but I hope they get more common. It’s the ideal for when out shopping ))
◊💧 I also really like our compliments flavoured sparkling water )) I always get a treat water when I’m out.
◊🍩 This day with the donuts, an old man in a wheelchair came by and sat next to me. He said that my rings and nails are most beautiful, and many had offered enchanted compliments on them that day in the sunshine. I told him I’ll have to move on as I don’t like to be around his cigarette smoke, and he politely offered to wait until I had shifted before lighting it. I told him I was searching for my water, and he assured me that if I’m thirsty, restaurants are always able to provide a glass of water for you if it’s important. I found that as a touching moment ))
