The powerful 16 KEYS plates that you see here are no longer going to be in use for illustration of The 16 KEYS once they are soon re-designed to match the triangular format of The 7 of 9. However, they will find a new place within the UNITY LIFE resources. These beautiful glyphs will be repurposed into a new card set of 22 cards — 2 sets of 11 — by creating 3 more similar glyphs and mirroring them each upsidown to create a total of 6 new designs on top of what you see here.
This upcoming card set will be called The 11(11) ◊ HOLY WOOD Addiction Recovery Set. The numerology of 11(11) has been chosen to match the Japanese release date (Nov 11, 2000) of HOLY WOOD as well as the fact that there have been 11 Addiction Recovery themes which were already designed into The MMII in leading to this commemorative set to explore them.
When that happens, the number 16 will be removed from the navigation bar of this website and replaced with 11(11), and if that's already the case by the time you see this, you're reading past history right now.
These glyphs were not actually originally designed in such a way which visually locks them into place with the information contained within The 16 KEYS. They were purely ornamental, which is the same design decision for The 11(11) and that is why they are being rescued from being lost to this overhaul. Thankfully, they will not seem too similar to the new 16 KEYS because changing these designs into a triangular version dramatically shifts their appearance and some of their layout will have to change a lot too, no matter how much it may lend to and borrow from from the past design.
There has already been a light announcement of the upcoming 11(11) here, but I look forward to offering much more information about it when it is ready to be hosted on its own page of the website.
