First Draft : MARILYN MANSON & DITA VON TEESE ◊ A GOLD COIN MATERIALIZED FROM THIN AIR

Published on January 15, 2026 at 10:28 AM

Here's my first draft (update : text now edited and ready to post) of a new archive that will be coming out soon. I'm very close to being finished this one. It's very good - this came to me that I should strike when the iron is hot and hammer this out, right when I was fixing up a section about this in the new Master Archive about Dita's miracles. It goes really well with that one. It's an expansion from a short summarized point in there which I've been wanting to express for a long time.

UPDATE !!!!!! I just found out that today is the anniversary of The Pale Emperor, and since this is my first lyric interpretation essay about that album, I'm going to do my best to get it finished and posted today in honour of the occasion )) Wish me luck !!

◊1️⃣1️⃣ Today is the 11 year anniversary of The Pale Emperor, Marilyn Manson's 9th studio album (2015). Recently while I was writing a Master Archive about a series of miracles (materializations of physical objects) which happened to me in the past years involving Dita Von Teese, one small part of it which discussed the lyrics of Marilyn Manson’s song “The Devil Beneath My Feet” (from The Pale Emperor) really called to me as something to expand on — leading to this piece you are now reading. Those lyrics shed powerful light on miracles in general and combined in a beautiful and profoundly illustrative way with a sleeping dream of mine about Dita and Manson. Here is my first lyric interpretation essay aka UNITY LIFE Archive about this album — which flowed out of me this morning so naturally, before I had even found out that today was the album anniversary date. The synchronicity was miraculous.

The Brief Summary This is Expanded From

An excerpt from
MASTER ARCHIVE ◊ DITA VON TEESE ◊ OBJECTS MATERIALIZED FROM THIN AIR :

"I later found a lyric by Marilyn Manson that evoked the Biblical story of Peter, where a coin was manifested from thin air by Jesus. This reminded me so much of my dream about Manson and Dita materializing gold coins. In “The Devil Beneath My Feet,” Manson says : “It’s better to be blamed for robbing Peter than guilty for paying Paul.” This is referring to the expression “robbing Peter to pay Paul,” which describes the moral tension of shifting blame or resources within a failing system. Interpreting this, I studied St Peter — he is a figure who symbolizes both the Church overall and the story of that miracle in which Jesus materialized a gold coin into the mouth of a fish, for him to pay an unjust temple tax."

That miracle bypasses the Church’s authority over money. It proved that Jesus was of divine order so that he should not have been expected to pay the tax. So, these lyrics of Peter raise the issue of religious hypocricy : the Church claims divine authority over miracles, yet any that circumvent its historical entanglements with wealth and control are a threat to that authority, leading them to suppress those narratives. This reminds me of how subversive it would be for this dream to be a true story, when the value gained is outside of institutional permission — which is deeply characteristic of Manson and Dita’s symbolic languages. Miracles that materialize from thin air would destabilize hierarchical systems, as they render embedded money structures irrelevant."

Introduction to the Lyrics

◊❤️‍🔥🪙 The focus of this archive will be on a Bible story in which Jesus Christ materialized a gold coin out of thin air — which Manson and my dream brings to light. Mansonites (fans of MM) may not know which lyric I’m referring to, as there are no gold coins mentioned in the songs. It’s this one : “It’s better to be blamed for robbing Peter than guilty for paying Paul”.

◊🖤🖤 This is referring to the expression “robbing Peter to pay Paul,” which describes the moral tension of shifting blame or resources within a failing system. It’s a churchy metaphor normally used for wealth systems. The Apostle Peter is a figure who symbolizes both the Church overall and the story of that miracle in which Jesus materialized a gold coin from thin air, to aid him in paying an unjust temple tax.

The Dream

◊🪞🪞 For context, I want to begin by explaining my dream. In this particularly memorable and beautiful dream, I was resting casually in bed with a being who was the combination of both Dita Von Teese and Marilyn Manson, as an androgynous gender-transcending beauty. In later reflection, this androgyny struck me as reminiscent of the androgynous character design of Omega, done by Manson, in the album Mechanical Animals — although the being in this dream had much more glam appeal and less alien aesthetic.

◊💋🔑 We seemed to be lovers, but not that well acquainted yet — only getting to know each other. I will defer to the pronoun they/them — I asked their name and they responded a long, beautiful poetic name that seemed to go on for minutes.

◊🪙💎 They were informing me of what they do for a living as we rested together. They said they routinely materialize gold out of thin air — the finest quality of gold possibly available which exceeds most that can be found on the market. This gold is made into the shape of gold coins, specially designed for sale — and this fetches the highest prices for gold that can be attained. This way a good living has been made.

◊🕊 It sounded practical and down to Earth, but my response was that if I could do this, I’d rather make coins made from a beautiful and etherial — pearlescent or rainbow hued — type of divine substance that could not be registered as any known substance on Earth. I was swooning at that thought. Ironically to the Mechanical Animals reference, I was in a more alien frame of mind than them. They were the Earthy character here. There’s more gravity to the Pale Emperor than Mechanical Animals in this dream.

How Manson’s Lyrics Refer to the Story of Peter and the Gold Coin

◊🖤🖤 So let’s fully break open this Pale Emperor lyric to explore its meaning. Peter is the apostle of Jesus in the Bible who is symbolic of the modern Christian church, as he was “the rock of the church” as it’s called in Christianity, or the founder of it. This expression uses that “rock of the church” term as a pun, to play off the expression “between a rock and a hard place”, like “You’re damned if you do — You’re damned if you don’t”. The expression typically assumes loyalty to the church, painting disloyalty to it as a bad thing, in contrast with abandonment of other valuable spiritual ethics symbolized by Paul — like you can’t win.

◊😂🤘🏽 Manson’s indication of the “rock and hard place” pun is, by the way, definitely intended as a music genre pun about “hard rock”, as well. That’s not my main point but it’s worth considering, and later, once you read further, makes sense to all this.

◊🪙⛪️ Although the expression generally refers to Peter’s symbolism as the church itself in general, the Bible parable of Peter the gold coin comes distinctly into focus when considering Manson’s classic theme of bringing light to the hypocrisy of the church, something which he’s mentioned many times throughout his musical art and interviews. Since the expression is usually about wealth management, this also fits. But especially so when we look at how Manson’s lyrics call the better option as (being accused of) robbing Peter — combined with the intense way that this Bible parable illustrates the hypocrisy and false dominance of the church.

The Biblical Parable of the Gold Coin

◊🪙🖤 In this Bible story, (Matthew 17:24–27), the local temples were demanding gold coins for taxes, antagonizing Peter as to weather Jesus feels he should pay the tax or not, considering he is called the son of God.

◊🖤🕊 When Peter asks Jesus in private, he replies — paraphrased into my own words — that the temples are hierarchically positioned under God, and so the son of God should be exempt from even their taxes. The exact words : Jesus says “From whom do the kings of the earth collect duty and taxes — from their own children, or from others? Peter answers: “From others”. Then, Jesus replies : “Then the children are free”.

◊🕊🪙 But despite this Jesus continues, “But so that we may not cause offense, go to the sea … you’ll find a coin. Take it and give it to them for me and for you.” Peter goes there, and he finds inside the mouth of a fish, a gold coin, just as promised. He felt this was materialized from thin air, by the ritualistic placing of the coin in such a symbolic place, which reminds of Jesus’ other famous miracles of materializing fish from thin air, openly, to feed the hungry community.

◊🖤🔥 Here, true value, such as feeding fish to the hungry, was put into juxtaposition with the imposed artificial values of institutions. Intrinsic to Jesus’ miracle was also a protest against the temple. By performing this miracle he proved that he was of a higher divine order than the temple itself, which bullies and harasses even him for coins, and cannot produce them miraculously themselves. This illustrated that he should not have to pay the tax - which was paid in majestic protest.

Manson’s Critiques of Church Hypocrisy Lending Perspective to History

◊🛐🖤 In light of Manson’s overarching critique of Christianity, the story is instantly reframed from the typical dogmatic interpretation to indicate that the modern church, though founded by Jesus’ friend Peter, is certainly just as ethically corrupt as the ancient temples of Jesus’ time — at least in this way.

◊🖤⚡️ By connecting the parable of the gold coin with this modern expression in this way, the lyric describes the deep-seated spiritual hypocrisy of the Church. The institution of religion claims divine authority over miracles, yet any that circumvent its historical entanglements with wealth and control are a threat to that authority, leading them to suppress those narratives.

◊💰 Manson’s lyric shows concern for being called a robber of Peter — a robber of the church — but in what way would he or anyone be called that? I propose that he meant for producing gold coins from thin air, were they to do so like Jesus. If coins were always materialized out of thin air rather than laboured for to pay taxes, this would undermine religious control of meaning, value, and authority throughout society.

◊💔💳🕊 If even one person does that, then they don’t feel broken, wounded, shamed and beaten down in their daily hard labour for gold coins — taught that it is righteous that they would be, for sake of the institution’s glory — and this way programmed to obey. A miracle worker would be accused of “robbing the church of its power” or “robbing Peter” — but this is a false allegation if in certain self-contradicting and hypocritical facts of religious authority, it has already robbed itself of any true power, and the power was not rightfully assigned in the first place.

◊⛪️🪞⛪️ In Christianity, the temple and the modern church are distinctly separated, with the today’s Christian Church seen as divinely ordained by lineage of faith through Jesus’s friendship with Peter — who they claim was granted divine freedom from the tax by Jesus’ miracle. Jesus didn’t say that Peter is above the temple hierarchically as a divine order, just by helping him pay the tax which applied to them both, but this notion is prevalent throughout dogma.

◊🪙🕊 Yet here through this connection between the gold coin and the expression, we see that ethical corruption, or the lack thereof, is not proven just by historical descent from Peter himself — it is demonstrated purely by weather the truth of a miracle would be respected for what it is — purely a beautiful thing, rather than reduced to an inconvenience obstructing authority, power and control.

How This Relates to Dita Von Teese and My Dream

◊☦️🖤 Dita Von Teese actively shares Manson’s subversive attitude towards Christianity, and I presume also other religions of similar traits. Her former marriage to him was one of very like minded qualities in many areas, this being perhaps the most prominent.

◊🍸🌈🕊 Dita’s artistic approach has centred around vintage aesthetics, without the old-fashioned churchy morals of past eras, aiming to inspire tolerance for forms of sexuality and gender which have been traditionally banned by religious authority constructs. She has specifically put out her perfume SCANDALWOOD through HERETIC Parfum (the name says it all), and been well known as a fetish model who promotes LGBTQIA+ friendly, sex positive, and body positivity standards. Even body positivity has been known as contra to religious morals which pose the human body as below the divinity of God — describing it as flawed, immoral, frail and lowly.

◊💎💎 When I found this lyric in The Pale Emperor and compared it with my dream about Dita Von Teese materializing these gold coins as Manson, this made me realize how subversive this dream character had been. I was honoured that, in the dream, this beautiful androgynous figure was actually my lover — as it was someone not just down to Earth and practical for their own sake, but staging a quiet revolution against the powers that be. This was done with elegance, grace and fluid beauty, which is the tone of any true miracle I’ve ever experienced. It is, in my view, natural to existence — and things of this level of beauty should be free.

Interpreting My Response to Dita and Manson About Coins In The Dream

◊🧬🌿 In my life as an Ayahuasca medicine woman, someone who has worked indepth with the traditional Amazonian psychedelic plant medicine of Ayahuasca, I have embraced a cosmological worldview which matches the aboriginal spirituality of Peru. Peru is the ancient cultural birthplace and cradle of Ayahuasca.

◊🧬✝️💫 In their way, Christ is seen differently, and is revered under the term Christos, as a much more organic and universal presence which resonates throughout many forms in this world. Ayahuasca visions during hallucinogenic altered states often classically depict these views. From there, I have come to know Christ as something which I could easily relate with Manson or Dita, without worry that this equates them with religious dogma.

◊😂🤘🏽 As a sidenote, this is where the musical genre pun from “rock and a hard place” with “hard rock” starts to make sense, now that you’ve read this far. In my view, it’s an ironic joke, proposing in that way that you might view the rock metal music world as a form of religion, and Manson as a figurehead, rather than somehow divinely ordiained in his role as a rock icon - haha.

◊🧬🕊💫 Jokes aside, though, this Peruvian aboriginal medicine cosmology has also influenced my own views on myself in light of the Christos. I’ve seen myself as the embodiment of The Dove, the animal of the flying Dove which signifies freedom and peace. My legal chosen name is Ba which is Egyptian for “The Dove”.

◊🕊🪞🕊 I metaphorically connect myself in meditative internal contemplation with stars such as Manson and Dita, relationally in terms of how the Dove (which represents freedom or liberation) would relate to Christ. Through that lens, my interpretation of what I said in response to Dita and Manson in the dream, that I would pass on just having gold that I could sell and instead prefer more eccentric choices for the sake of fun, seems to be an expression of how the activism of Christ against establishment allows me to express my deepest freedom creatively.

◊🕊 That’s exactly what I feel today when I write this archive. It is the classic story of UNITY LIFE Mystery School : All thanks to lyrics from these artists, their performances, my dreams and reflections about them, and even miracles that I have experienced in relation to Dita Von Teese, I’m now flying free creatively and producing something that gives me joy, which would otherwise be impossible.

About the Miracles From Thin Air Regarding Dita

◊💎💌 This story of the gold coin in the lyrics of the Pale Emperor, in combination with my dream, was summarized within a letter that I presented to Dita in person when I first met her at her burlesque performance called GLAMONATRIX — at a meet and greet VIP engagement. I expressed to her also, in the letter, that in 2017 I had witnessed a series of grand miracles — materiaizations and dematerializations, and more — all in succession, rapidly within a week’s time. This, I shared, had caused me to create a special artistic tool found on this website which explores and processes these miracles in great complexity. It’s called The 16 KEYS SUPPORT TOOL and can be found in the navigation bar of this website under 16.

◊🔥🪙 All this shared with her, it was mindblowing to arrive home, and immediately after arriving from the meet and greet, witness a materialization from thin air once again. In this case, it was a mere lighter. But 3 years later, another miracle like that occurred - the materialization of a new piece of Dita Von Teese Lingerie from thin air, brand new with all the tags still included. I was blown away to actually receive something not only equivalent of Dita Von Teese, but of the gold coin — something of great monetary value that can be sold on the market. This could not have been a misunderstanding, as this event was evaluated against daily routines and long-established familiarity.

◊🔥 To learn about these mindblowing events, enjoy the Master Archive (just released) which describes every miracle in detail on a timeline.
