Intuition
Intuition is a form of non-linear perception through which meaning is recognized before it is consciously reasoned. Often experienced as a felt sense, inner knowing, or subtle pattern recognition, it arises through the integration of sensory, emotional, and experiential awareness. While commonly misunderstood as vague or instinctive, it can be refined through attention, reflection, and testing it against lived experiences into a reliable and deeply embodied way of understanding. At its most developed, intuition reflects a state of connection — where the self, as an integrated whole, is able to perceive coherence within an inner and outer world of complexity and respond with clarity, timing, and grace.
